We are a very highly skilled team of professional hunters and guides that truly enjoy the outdoors and the challenge of the hunt. We will do everything possible to make your hunt affordable, successful, comfortable, memorable and most of all FUN! When we started this operation years ago, we made a commitment to ourselves that if we ever stopped having fun doing all of this, we would quit and do something else. Well…here we are, over a decade has passed and we’re going stronger than ever. We want you to share in the fun we have and at the same time fill your tag with the trophy of a lifetime.
 

We believe that being successful at whatever you do requires lots of hard work, dedication and focus. Hunting big game is no different and we pride ourselves at being one of the most successful operations in the state of Arizona. We know the areas where we hunt extremely well and do not attempt to hunt every unit in the state. Focusing on specific areas and learning all there is to know about those areas is very important when hunting trophy animals. Many of our guides live local to the areas we hunt and we spend a lot of time both in the pre-season and after season scouting game in these units. We know where the game resides and fully understand their habits and patterns. All of our guides are expert at scoring and judging game in the field and are fully capable of classifying trophy class animals. It will not be a matter of whether or not we see game; it will be a matter of which one you choose to harvest!
 

In all the years that we have been guiding and outfitting hunters, I can’t recall having a bad hunt or dissatisfied clients. We are more then happy to provide client references for you to talk to upon request. We are affiliated with many professional hunting societies and clubs and have had numerous articles written about us in many hunting magazines, journals and publications. We respect the laws and regulations prescribed by the state of Arizona and National Forests and many of the Az. Game & Fish wildlife managers are friends and supporters of SMGO as well. We are proud of our track record and can produce whatever type of referral you wish.
